Matthew A. Johnson devotes his practice to representing product manufacturers in the areas of claims and corporate practices. Mr. Johnson’s practice involved defense and management over a full spectrum of legal issues that impact corporations, from formation through dissolution. With a primary industry focus, Mr. Johnson has industry practice experience for all issues affecting window and door companies; including claims, lawsuits, warranties, and government compliance. Adding these resources to experience in the litigation and defense product liability and massive exposure loss litigation in class actions and multi-district litigation, Mr. Johnson is well suited to address manufacturer’s needs in the broadening marketplace.
Mr. Johnson is admitted to practice law in the states of Oregon and California. He is also admitted before the Federal District Courts in Oregon and California, as well as The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Johnson works with the Defense Research Institute, Association of Defense Counsel for Northern California and The Association of Defense Counsel for Oregon, American Architectural Manufacturer’s Association (“AAMA”), and the Association of Millwork Distributors (“AMD”).
