Susan MacKay, a Washington native, graduated from University of Washington in 2000 with a degree in Political Science, and then entered the Lewis & Clark Law School, where she received her law degree in 2004. Ms. MacKay is a member of the Oregon State Bar. Susan is also a member of the Defense Research Institute.
Ms. MacKay focuses on construction law and product liability, and she oversees a large number of product cases from across the country. She manages discovery and the development of client and expert witnesses, and she manages and implements the Product Defense Program.
Ms. MacKay is a contributing author to an Oregon State Bar Federal Practice Manual with Respect to Pre-Trial Motions. She is also a member of the Multnomah County Bar Association.
